When a denture breaks, it can likely be repaired effectively by a dental technician.

Denture repairs are a service we offer here to the public at North Wilts Dental Laboratory in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Please note that we do NOT advise using any form of glue/adhesive at home to fix your denture, even on a temporary basis.

Firstly, glues/adhesives contain toxic chemicals so could cause harm to the gums.

Secondly, the superglue can damage the area where the denture has fractured and cause it to be unrepairable.

When bringing your broken denture to us at North Wilts Dental Laboratory, one of our skilled technicians will assess your denture and advise if it is repairable, how long the repair will take to perform and the charge involved.

When repairing the denture, the technician will carefully locate the broken denture back to its original state. We then use acrylic to create a chemical bond between the broken denture piece(s).

There are times where the dental technician will advise discussing a new denture with your dentist.

If you require a denture repair, please give us a call on 07818727771
